In the event of cancelling or postponing a booking the following charges may apply.
Cancelling/Postponing giving more than 24 hours notice of the booking – No Charge. N.B. If the booking has been prepaid there will be a card charge of 2.5% plus a £10.00 admin fee for any refund.
Cancelling / Postponing giving less than 24 hours notice then the full charge will be levied and no refund is applicable.
